Irelands shrinking economy slumped further into deflation in March with prices falling 2.6 percent on a 12-month basis, the lowest figure since 1933, official data showed on Thursday. In January, a 0.1-percent decline was the first time the country had experienced falling prices since the early 1960s and was followed by a 1.7 percent drop in February.
