Spanish inflation turns positive in October

Spanish consumer prices rose 0.4 percent year-on-year in November, pushing back into positive territory for the first time in eight months due to the base effect of plunging oil prices a year ago. November's figure was above forecasts polled by Reuters, who had expected 0.0 percent year-on-year, but analysts said that the positive tendency had long been expected.
