Greek markets hit by bank reports, economic woes

Greek markets took a fresh hit on Friday from negative bank reports and fears of further contraction in the euro zone's weakest economy. Bank shares were down 4 percent in mid-day trade, after losing 5.4 percent on Thursday, while spreads between Greek 10-year bonds and benchmark German bunds widened by as much as 20 basis points from the previous day.
