Eurozone interbank lending rates continued their march lower on Thursday with markets taking the view that the European Central Bank will not actively drain excess liquidity in the first half of the year. Benchmark three-month euro Libor rates, which have hit a new low almost every day this year, fell further to 0.61625 percent. Equivalent dollar rates were unchanged at 0.24888 percent.
