Taiwan stocks fell 1.13 percent to a three-week closing low on Thursday as China's strong growth reinforced fears Beijing would take more tightening measures, hurting Mediatek and other firms reliant on the Chinese market. The main TAIEX share index was 93.06 points lower at 8,127.87, a level not seen since December 30, even after the island posted record 52.63 percent growth in December export orders on Wednesday.
