Malaysian shares jump
Malaysian shares closed up 1.33 percent on Wednesday led by gains in banking, finance and construction stocks, dealers said. The Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gained 11.63 points to close at 884.18 while turnover was at 371.06 million shares valued at 493.91 million ringgit (137 million dollars). Advancers led decliners 317 to 155.
