Taiwan stocks snap six-day winning streak
Taiwan stocks fell 2.4 percent on Wednesday, ending a six-session winning streak that pushed the index to a six-month closing high, as investors pocketed recent sharp gains in financial shares ahead of quarterly results. The main TAIEX share index bucked Wall Street losses and traded briefly in the positive territory early in the session.
