The cost of bank-to-bank euro lending over three months hit a lifetime low on Friday ahead of a European Central Bank meeting next week which could yield further measures to boost liquidity and interbank lending. Interbank lending rates for euros edged closer to the ECBs key refi rate now at 1.50 percent while closely-watched spreads - a measure of market stress - narrowed.
