The Swiss franc was little changed against the dollar and the euro on Tuesday as a wait-and-see approach dominated trading ahead of the G20 meeting and the European Central Banks interest rate decision. The franc was down 0.1 percent against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.5185 Swiss francs per euro. The franc traded up 0.1 percent against the dollar at 1.1464 francs per dollar.
